Fresh and Clear is one of the best pool service companies I've ever used before. I called them out to give me a free quote.... I was ready to replace my pool heater and the tech said he could fix it. It would have been easier for them to charge me more and replace it then fix it..... But it was much better for me to get it fixed. Their office staff was also very helpful and answers the phone when you call. F&C=integrity and customer service.

I spent $2100.00+ on a pump replacement. After 60 days the pump quit working. Fresh and clear said sorry we’ll have to charge you, call the manufacturer for warranty help. Run form these people.

They did my weekly service for 5 YEARS and just fired me as a client a few weeks ago. They wanted $275 to drain the pool, I said 'no thanks I'll take care of it myself' and they wrote back and said 'we're no longer going to service your pool moving forward.' (fired me.) I was paying $120/month, I'm glad business is so good for them they can fire a $1500/year account. Honestly I wish I would have fired THEM years ago. Half the time their guy would just stir everything up with the net, take their picture and an hour later it would all settle on the bottom and look awful. That's not worth $120/month, which is overpriced. Found a new service for $100/month and they do a great job. Fresh and Clear sucks and they'll leave you high and dry. Avoid.

These guys are super unreliable. They very rarely show up on scheduled days and when they do show up, even when they are not scheduled to be there they feel like its ok to just walk in the yard unannounced. I've talked to Jessica a few times to try and have them at least call when they are showing up un scheduled. But they refuse to do so. I guess because they are hired direct from a rental company that my requests are not important. They tend to send a new person to my house every week, so that's another random stranger that has the combination to my lock on my yard. I have asked them to have the same person each week to, they can't do that either. The last pool company we had here was amazing and courteous and did a great job. Fresh and Clear needs to learn about customer satisfaction.

This place sucks, they can’t even clean a pool correctly. Their techs can’t do their jobs and Jessica is absolutely horrible at customer service. Don’t waste your time or money and just go somewhere else. Yikes. There’s way better pool cleaners than this place.
