We came in and despite the restaurant being 50% empty and the only people at the host stand we were told that there would be a few minute wait. 15 minutes after waiting we finally got seated as the host and three other employees just stood around the host and chatting.
As for the food, we ordered the prime rib… It was literally unedible. The most disgusting prime rib I've ever eaten in my life. It tasted like a tire patch and the au jou sauce was like tar. we also ordered appetizers that you could tell we're just microwaved.
Our table waiter was actually very nice. I would seriously avoid this place. They're not serving food fit for human consumption.
Ive eaten at other BJs locations before that are good, but this location really needs to focus on food quality.

My family and I have visited BJ's only a handful of times, and our past experiences left us with less than favorable impressions. However, we decided to give it another chance to celebrate a significant milestone for our son. We made reservations through Open Table, and upon arrival, I provided my name and reservation time. The staff promptly placed us on a brief waitlist, and within three or four minutes, they called our name and seated us at a table.
The restaurant's lively atmosphere made it somewhat challenging to hear our waiter, but we still managed to enjoy our evening. The food was satisfactory, nothing extraordinary or mind blowing, but decent nonetheless. As a chain restaurant, BJ's offers reliable, good quality fare. While it may not stand out as an exceptional dining destination, it serves its purpose well. If you find yourself fond of BJ's, it's certainly worth a return visit.

This place always has amazing service, you rarely have an empty cup. The food is super tasty and always fresh. I had the burger with pazookie lunch specials. Generous sizes. I highly recommend the Mac and cheese bites. The dip they provide with them is a whole new level. I was skeptical at first with it being a chain restaurant but so happy we decided to eat here. It is my new go to place.

BJ’s used to be our family’s favorite places to eat due to the variety of foods and the cost. The last few times we’ve gone whether it has been done in or take out has been a huge DISAPPOINTMENT.
Today we ordered 2 trip tip wedge salads for take out. It was missing several ingredients. The lettuce was yellow and there wasn’t enough of it. The tomatoes looked wilted as if they were days old. The meat was not cut with any rhyme or reason and it wasn’t evenly cut pieces either.
The salads are incredibly overpriced considering it wasn’t even half a head of lettuce.

It was a busy day, but we were seated quickly. We ordered the wings to be extra crispy; however, they arrived quickly and were cold, as if they had been sitting out for a while. Our server was friendly, but we only saw her twice during our visit.
Overall, the dessert that we waited for a long time was delicious.
